The following exclusions and limitations apply to this warranty:
- Improper Installation and Use: This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from improper installation, including failure to follow the provided installation instructions and specifications. Any modifications made to the sauna, whether to meet local codes or for other reasons, will void this warranty. Indoor Saunas placed outdoors will be void of warranty

Such variations in color, grain, or minor blemishes are normal and do not affect the structural integrity of the sauna. These are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

- Limited Liability: Under no circumstances shall Sauna Select Ltd. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damages to any properties. The warranty does not cover labour, transportation, or other costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the original unit, installation of replacement parts, or any loss of use, sales, profit, or business advantage under any circumstances.
